This is the time that people begin walking down the aisle for the processional, not the time you've asked your guests to arrive or when your pre-ceremony music begins.

Since my schedule is carefully built around these contracted times, I cannot guarantee my availability if you change your ceremony start time. In the unfortunate event that I'm unable to accommodate a new start time, we would sadly have to part ways so you, and no one wants that! Since I schedule my ceremonies with great care, I'm kindly asking you to do the same with yours.

We understand that any changes to the start time of the ceremony might mean Tim can't attend, and that we'll lose our deposit if he is unable to accomodate the new time.

We understand that our agreement with Tim is only to perform the ceremony, and that rehearsals are not included in the elopement ceremony package. We acknowledge that we will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the rehearsal on our own.
