We had a wonderful experience with Tim. From the beginning, he took the time to really get to know us through thoughtful questions so he could personalize our ceremony in a meaningful way. He created a ceremony that truly felt like us. We specifically wanted a non-religious ceremony with handfasting included, and he honored every request perfectly while still making the ceremony feel warm, heartfelt, and special. He was professional, easy to communicate with, funny, and helped everyone feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. He arrived on time, was very organized, and helped our day flow smoothly. We’re so grateful for the care and attention he put into making our wedding ceremony personal and memorable. Book Tim before it's too late! Before you read my review, go book Tim NOW before it’s too late! It will be the best decision you make (other than saying YES!, of course). Tim officiated our wedding on April 25 at Waters Edge Vineyard in Louisville, Ohio. My wife and I found Tim online and instantly fell in love with his quirky and thorough website. After calling Tim up, we quickly realized we wasn’t lying—he really does love his job! At that point, we knew that no one else but Tim could officiate our wedding. Tim is an expert in his craft and a skilled orator. More importantly, he is a great guy. Tim will put in the time that your special day deserves. On your big day, he will speak passionately about love and commitment and find a way to share your love story in a way that will make the crowd shed a tear. We had so many guests ask us who Tim was, how we knew him, and whether he had a card. Tim was a hit! And we are so thankful to him for making our wedding day an unforgettable one. I can’t forget to mention his impeccable fashion instincts. 10/10.
We were so happy we chose Tim to officiate our wedding. His calm energy was palpable and contagious throughout our ceremony. We received so many compliments from guests on how perfect he made the ceremony. It was sweet, sentimental, funny, but most of all, felt personal and captured our relationship in a beautiful way. Not to mention, he’s just a great human and so pleasant to work with! I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a wedding officiant- you will not be disappointed!
He’s not just an officiant… he’s a legend!! Tim deserves a medal… or at least a drink on us. When my groom was stressed, he handled it like a pro and kept everything running smoother than we ever could have imagined. He told our story like he’d been in the group chat for years, had everyone laughing, and made the whole thing feel effortless. If you’re thinking about booking him….do it before everyone else figures out how good he is.
Listen… if Tim ever quits this job, we’re going to need a formal grieving period. When my groom was one deep breath away from a full-on wedding day spiral, this man stepped in like a calm, collected superhero. He told our story like he had been secretly riding in the backseat of our entire relationship taking notes, had us AND our guests laughing like it was a comedy show, and somehow still made the whole ceremony feel emotional and like home. The professionalism? Top tier. The personality? Unmatched. The delivery? Flawless. Honestly, we didn’t just book an officiant we booked the moment. 10/10, we would absolutely make the same decision again.
Tim did a fantastic job on our wedding. It is our first wedding and we were very nervous, Tim helped calm us down and helped our nerves as soon as he showed up for rehearsal. At rehearsal having the most experience present he made sure it was ok with us then he took charge and guided us through the plan. The ceremony was a perfect length not to short not too long. It had a great flow to it. Wasn’t rushed or prolonged. We are very happy with our choice of Tim.

We tied the knot twice, with Tim Greathouse! I couldn’t be happier with how our ceremonies turned out thanks to his expertise. I was always anxious about deciding who should officiate our wedding. My husband and I are not religious, and we always looked at each other and cringed a little when weddings would delve into the religious aspect of the ceremony, as it just made us feel weird about what we would possibly have said during those parts for us. So it was important to me to find an officiant who would respect our secular wishes. I reached out to Tim all the way back in 2023 to see what he was about, and what followed was a nearly 30-minute conversation that felt as natural as talking to someone I had known forever. He was personable, kind, and he made me laugh! I immediately felt so comfortable with him; I knew he would be our guy. So we booked with him for our ceremony planned on 11.01.25. Fast forward to 2024: something came up, and my then-fiancé and I needed to elope immediately. I reached out to Tim, and he offered to do the elopement for us, a simpler version of what was to come. It was a beautiful spring day on 05.01.24, made even more special by the words he said to bind us together legally at a park he recommended in private, just the three of us. It was so nice to get to know him a little more through that interaction, and we knew we made the right choice as soon as we met him! Fast forward once more to 2025: it was finally the year of our ceremony! Tim walked us through what it would be like, and as an anxious bride, I felt so much more at ease as soon as he arrived at our rehearsal. It was like he knew exactly how I felt, and he helped me wrangle our family into getting things moving. Then, finally, our day was here, a crisp but clear fall day on 11.01.25. Tim was the calm, happy energy we needed to pull everything together. The ceremony- I couldn’t believe how beautiful it ended up being. He was everything I wanted in an officiant and more. If we got married a third time, I couldn’t imagine anyone trying to fill his shoes! I would recommend Tim to the moon and back. We truly loved having him as a part of our big day!
Tim is the absolute best. He totally nailed the whimsical, but still touching vibe we wanted for the wedding. Tim calmed our nerves without making us stress or feel stifled. He absolutely brought the house down. We had multiple guests ask where we found Tim - saying they got married too young and didn't know you could have a wedding like ours. Another guest said they'd seen another of Tim's ceremonies and were excited as soon as he walked out. For all that Tim shone, the best part is how he made us shine as well as our bridal party and readers. We absolutely could not be happier with our ceremony or Tim's service.
